Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy: Booking Confirmation: 1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the booking operator. 1.2. A valid credit card or payment method may be required to secure a reservation. 1.3. Confirmation of the booking will be provided via email or other electronic means upon receipt of payment. Payment: 2.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified by the booking operator. 2.2. Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, electronic funds transfer, or cash. Cancellation by Customer: 3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing or through the designated cancellation process provided by the booking operator. 3.2. Cancellations made within 48 hours/days of the scheduled activity may result in a partial or full forfeiture of payment, depending on the operator's policy. 3.3. No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of payment. Cancellation by Operator: 4.1. The safety and well-being of customers are our top priorities. If weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances deem it unsafe to proceed with the activity, the operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the booking. 4.2. In the event of cancellation by the operator, customers will be offered the option to reschedule the activity at no additional cost or receive a full refund. 4.3. The operator may also cancel the booking due to insufficient participation or other operational reasons. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided. Refunds: 5.1. Refunds for cancellations made by the customer will be processed according to the operator's refund policy, which may include administrative fees or deductions. 5.2. Refunds for cancellations made by the operator will be processed promptly and returned to the original payment method used for the booking. Liability: 6.1. Participation in ocean snorkeling, boating, and kayaking activities carries inherent risks. Customers are responsible for assessing their own fitness level and ability to participate safely. 6.2. The operator shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience incurred during the course of the activity, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct. 6.3. Customers are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or incidents. Age and Health Restrictions: 7.1.
